How to Connect

  1. 1Open the Triggers tab on the agent you want to wire up.
  2. 2Pick a source — generic webhook, Slack, Telegram, Teams, WhatsApp, or schedule.
  3. 3Attach the credentials the source needs (signing secret, bot token, app secret, etc.) from your workspace credentials.
  4. 4Copy the public hook URL into the upstream system (or set a cron expression for schedule triggers).
